For the past 20+ years Executive Chef Chris Malfitano and Catering Director Karla Geniso have ran many successful catering companies and restaurants including most recently The Rotisserie Shop in Kennesaw, GA for 8 years. While they have moved on from The Rotisserie Shop they are pursuing their passion of combining Italian cuisine with flawless event service. While Italian food is the focus Chris, Karla and their team also specialize in many cuisines including classic Southern fare.
